Big Boy!

I am so sad that Dean is outgrowing his baby clothes! We had a bunch of 9 months and 6-12 month things that I really love and they are fast becoming very small on my almost 7 month old boy. And I'm realizing that while there are racks and racks of newborn baby boy clothes, and millions of racks of little girl clothes of all sizes, there are not many options for baby boys who are bigger than 9 months. Maybe part of my problem is that I'm not ready for him to be out of "baby" clothes, but just because he Looks like a one year old doesn't mean he IS a one year old.

It seems like he was just learning how to sit up on his own, and now he can sit in the cart at the store. He is kind of a momma's boy though, he only likes it when I'm talking to him!

Sweet Boy

I can't believe Dean is already over 6 months old. He also happens to be Huge. When the nurse came in for his 6 month check-up she thought he was a one year old! He had lots of fun at the doctor sitting and playing with the paper on the table! He also loves to look at the cute baby in the mirror!

Ouch.

Then, Dean was rolling all over the floor today (as usual) and rolled into the coffee table. We heard a loud thud and then loud crying. I ran to grab him off the floor (of course) and he would not stop crying, it was horrible. This lasted about 30 seconds until he spotted my water glass on the table. As soon as I let him take a drink from the glass he was all better. That was, of course, until I took the glass away. Then he was mad again until I gave him another drink and let him hold the glass.
